Welche Aufgaben übernimmst Du?

Als IT-Generalist spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Integration, Administration, und Pflege unserer IT-Systeme bei Kraftblock. Durch dein up-to-date Wissen und deine Leistungsbereitschaft wirst du ein wertvoller Teil unseres multidisziplinären Teams und berichtest direkt an den CEO und COO.

Du gewährleistest die Integration, Administration, und Pflege unseres IT-Systems und setzt damit das Fundament für Scale-Up Chancen für Kraftblock.
Du bist insbesondere verantwortlich für die Integration des Prozess-Software-Tools GB Tec.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Integration und Pflege von SAP Business One in unsere täglichen Geschäftsprozesse.
Du hilfst mit bei der Integration eines neuen Dokumenten Management Systems.
Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer IT-bezogenen Prozesse und Strukturen.
Du arbeitest mit modernen IT-Systemen und steuerst unsere externen Tools (z.B. für Cybersecurity).
Du stellst die richtigen Standards durch regelmäßige Abstimmungen sicher.
Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unser IT-System, du supportest und schulst unsere Nutzer in der effektiven Anwendung.

Was bringst Du mit?

Du verfügst über mindestens einen Bachelorabschluss in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
Du hast mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich. Erfahrungen in Start-ups und/oder der Industrie sind von Vorteil.
Du bringst Kompetenzen mit SAP Business One und die Fähigkeit, die GB Tec Software Tools in unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu implementieren.
Idealerweise hast du Expertise in den Funktionen Finanzen, Buchhaltung und Projektcontrolling.
Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenzen.
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden und internationalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
Du bist fähig unabhängig zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig fristgerecht zu managen.
Du verfügst über ein starkes Engagement und hast ein agiles Mindset für die Lieferung qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse.
Deine Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut.

Which tasks do you take over?

As an IT Generalist, you will play a central role in the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT systems at Kraftblock. Your up-to-date knowledge and commitment will make you a valuable part of our multidisciplinary team and you will report directly to the CEO and COO.

You will ensure the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT system and thus lay the foundation for scale-up opportunities for Kraftblock.
In particular, you are responsible for the integration of the process software tool GB Tec.
You are responsible for the integration and maintenance of SAP Business One in our daily business processes.
You will help with the integration of a new document management system.
You will support the design and continuous improvement of our IT-related processes and structures.
You will work with modern IT systems and manage our external tools (e.g. for cybersecurity).
You ensure the right standards through regular coordination.
You are the main contact person for our IT system, you support and train our users in its effective use.

What do you bring?

You have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, business informatics or a related field.
You have several years of relevant professional experience in the IT field. Experience in start-ups and/or industry is an advantage.
You have skills with SAP Business One and the ability to implement the GB Tec software tools in our business processes. Ideally, you have expertise in the finance, accounting and project controlling functions.
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
You are able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
You have a strong commitment and agile mindset to deliver high quality results.
Your English and German language skills are very good.
