Du bist ein kaufmännischer Allrounder mit Leidenschaft für Zahlen und Prozesse? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen jemanden, der nicht nur analysiert, sondern auch operativ anpackt – von einfachen Buchungen bis hin zur strategischen Unternehmenssteuerung.

Deine Aufgaben

Accounting & Buchhaltung: Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und Abrechnung von Förderanträgen
Unternehmenscontrolling: Aufbau und Kommunikation von Reportings, Analysen und KPIs zur Unternehmenssteuerung
Projektcontrolling: Überwachung von Projektbudgets und -leistungen, Abstimmung mit Projektverantwortlichen und Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen
Finanzmanagement: Mitarbeit bei Finanzierungsrunden und Förderanträgen

Was bringst Du mit?

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung
Erfahrung in Accounting, Controlling und Buchhaltung – idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld sowie in kleinen Unternehmen, Startups oder Scale-ups.
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst selbst mit an und scheust Dich nicht vor operativen Aufgaben
Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch gepaart mit guter Kommunikation
Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Lösungen und ERP Systemen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Which tasks do you take over?

Your Mission
Are you a business all-rounder with a passion for numbers and processes? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for someone who doesn’t just analyze but also gets involved hands-on – from simple bookings to strategic corporate management.

Your Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Processing of ongoing business transactions, support with monthly and annual financial statements, and settlement of funding applications.
Corporate Controlling: Development and communication of reports, analyses, and KPIs to support company management.
Project Controlling: Monitoring project budgets and performance, coordinating with project managers, and supporting with calculations.

Financial Management: Contribution to financing rounds and funding applications.

What do you bring?

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification with relevant further training.
Experience in accounting, controlling, and bookkeeping – ideally in an industrial environment as well as in small companies, startups, or scale-ups.
Hands-on mentality: you actively take on tasks and don’t shy away from operational work.
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and high standards of quality combined with strong communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools and ERP systems.
Excellent English skills
